By creating an account or using Developer Sentinel ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Developer Sentinel is an AI-assisted operations tool for WordPress sites. It performs read-only diagnostics by default and can apply changes ("write actions") only with your explicit approval.
2. Your account
- You must be 16+ and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
- You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of any breach.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Connect sites you are not authorized to administer.
- Use the Service to attack, scrape, or harm third-party systems.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without permission.
4. Write actions & approvals — IMPORTANT
You are solely responsible for any write action you approve (plugin updates, code edits, file changes, database changes, snippet execution, etc.). Read-only diagnostics are designed to be safe; write actions modify your WordPress site and can break it. You acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the proposed change before approving it.
- You maintain your own backups and can roll back if needed.
- We are not liable for downtime, data loss, lost revenue, plugin conflicts, theme breakage, SEO impact, or any other damage resulting from a write action you (or a teammate) approved.

5. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Usage above plan limits may require an upgrade or add-on.
6. Termination
You can cancel any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
7. Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
