GDPR Notice

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Developer Sentinel complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. This notice summarizes your rights and how to exercise them.

Your rights

  • Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Complain — to your local supervisory authority.

How to exercise them

Most actions are available directly in Settings → Account: export your data, delete your workspace, manage email preferences, and revoke connected sites. For anything else, email privacy@wpsentinel.dev from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

When you connect a WordPress site, we act as processor on your behalf. A DPA covering Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA/UK is available on request at privacy@wpsentinel.dev.

Sub-processors

A current list of sub-processors (hosting, AI providers, email, payments) is maintained and available on request. We notify customers of material changes before they take effect.

International transfers

Some sub-processors may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
